Leafing Around Taragaon invites participants to explore and discover the various plants and trees thriving in our surroundings, specifically at Taragaon Next. This program falls under one of Taragaon’s pillars: urbanization. It encourages students to think critically about the significance of conserving our environment and nature while building a sense of mindfulness. Similarly, this program fosters students’ understanding of our natural surroundings so that we understand its importance resulting in respect and appreciation for the environment. Participants will also learn the significance of having parks, open spaces, and forests in large urban sprawls. In this interactive activity, students will identify different plants around the site, learning their names and understanding their uses.
