Lujan Rai Dongol

Announcing our selected artist for the 7th series of “Artist in Studio” program at Taragaon Next.
Lujan Rai Dongol will be provided with a studio space to work in for a period of 4 weeks in the Taragaon Studio, a model house designed by Japanese architect Shigeru Ban. Formerly known as the Nepal house, it has been converted into a studio space and equipped with materials at the artist’s disposal.

This program is designed to give an opportunity to young creatives, to incubate and hone their artistic practices and develop a body of works. On the completion of the term, the final artworks will be exhibited at the gallery space in Taragaon Next.
