Join us for a 3 hour session to explore the process, as part of our programming for the ongoing Artist in Studio exhibition, “”Echoes from Yesterday”” by Shaili Malla.
Shaili Malla is a mixed-media visual artist and Illustrator based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Holding a degree in Fine Arts from Kathmandu University’s School of Arts, Shaili’s artistic journey spans across various mediums, including painting, drawing, printmaking, digital art, and mixed media. Deeply influenced by the narratives that surround her and her own cherished memories, she seamlessly weaves these personal stories into her artwork, imbuing them with profound meaning and depth.
This workshop offers an enriching experience where participants can deeply engage with the artist’s works, explore a unique medium, and create their own personalized artworks. Through in-depth exploration, and hands-on practice, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the layered technique while forging their own artistic path. Join us on this transformative journey of discovery and expression.
