Artist Floyd Elzinga, who recently mentored and conducted the “waste to art” workshop at Taragaon Next, will be speaking on his experience and his expertise in working with metal and scrap to create artworks and installations.
Joining him is Laxman Lama, the project co-ordinator from “Sagarmatha Next,” where Floyd had formerly worked as a resident artist.
The panel also includes Meena Kayastha, a Nepalese artist who is known for incorporating waste materials and discarded objects when it comes to creating her artworks.
