“The Taragaon Museum would like to cordially invite you all to the Book launch of ‘The Beauty of Purposeful Living’ by Ms. Judith Conant Chase (Founder/Director of Living Traditions Museum) followed by an exhibition of photos and cultural objects of the communities she has visited during her travels.
The book is a photo documentary and memoir portray of her travels across rich Nepali culture of festivities, ceremonies, pilgrimages and farming over Terai, Middle Hills, Kathmandu Valley and High Himalayas during 1976 – 1982 AD. The book depicts the ethnographic art as well as documentation of the then vibrant living culture of Nepal that she experienced throughout her journey.

After the end of this exhibition; all the objects will be displayed at the Living Traditions Museum in Changu Narayan. as a part of their permanent collection.
